Technical Support Representative
Current- Diagnosing and resolving technical hardware and software issues involving internet connectivity.- Handling trouble tickets with support interventions for urgent issues.- Configuring, and troubleshooting Modems, Routers, VOIP phones and other networking equipment.- Network monitoring, Ticket base communication, and follow-up with end-users to ensure satisfaction.- Troubleshoot complex telecommunication issues, using training, tools, and database.- Create tickets and assign them to specific IT operation team.
