• Maintain, update, and ensure baseline access for over 4,000+ users, over 50+ different applications including, Active Directory, Salesforce, Azure, AAD, ServiceNow and SailPoint’s IdentityNow.• Developing, and documenting standard operating procedures, best practices, and technical documentation in a shared repository.• Facilitate user lifecycle states changes from Joiner, Mover, Leaver, and others such as immediate term.• Configure, manage and correlate any uncorrelated accounts in SailPoint’s IdentityNow.• Research and develop different PowerShell scripts that could be utilized to make automate workflow in AD.• Communicate with different LOB to maintain Least Privilege access to current and new users.
