The possibilities of the D-glide composite bearings we produce are enormous. Technical properties exceed those of all conventional plain bearings, they can be used without lubrication, have ultra-low friction values, extremely good wear resistance and we understand better than anyone how to create the best possible bearing designs. Our great challenge is to push boundaries, to realise appealing projects to show and surprise the world with what is possible with our knowledge, materials and technology. We designed and made bearings for the largest pipe-lay vessels in the world, a massive revolving bridge, deep sea ROVs, the most sophisticated drilling rigs, high speed trains, formula 1 racing cars, the largest sluices in the world and many more landmark projects and will continue to do so until our D-glide bearings are perceived for what they are worth: the first, best, most economic and most logical choice for the majority of plain bearing applications.
