Led the St. Augustine E-2D Advanced Hawkeye Engineering Change Management program. Developed the agile change integration process flow currently in use today. Managed up to 150 simultaneous, short and long duration product and process changes estimated at $2m positive ROI value.

• Served as the Root Cause / Corrective Action focal for the majority of the E-2D Advanced Hawkeye level 1-3 internal and DCMA driven Corrective Action Requests (CARs). Routinely provided cost estimate data and information for external contracts proposals as well as internal cost and ROI estimation for internally funded projects. • Developed the detail plan and integrated master schedule for, and led the initial implementation of, the 1.5 year long, SAAICoE E-2D assembly line consolidation effort. Directly coordinated the relocation and refurbishment of over 7000 pieces of company and government owned tooling and equipment. 100% on schedule and under budget ($22m).• Fully proficient in nearly all MS Office Suite products; emphasis on MS Project, MS Office, MS Word, MS Visio, MS PowerPoint as well as other potentially related programs such as SAP, and Lean software.
