Director responsible for a global organization consisting of seven software development departments, in Sweden and US. The departments developed embedded software on the OSE (Enea) platform for the Sony Ericsson feature phones in the areas of Web, User Interface, Java VM, Security, IMS and core services. Organization of 450 engineers in total.

Senior manager for a department responsible for Multimedia applications and Graphics. 50 engineers split in three sections developing the Music application into the first Walkman application, transforming the Camera application into the first CyberShot application. Team grew from 50 to 80 engineers. Truly exciting times with extremely hard team work to meet impossible deadlines. Very rewarding for the whole team to see the fruit of our work on billboards and commercials showcasing the Sony Ericsson products with our applications.

Line manager responsible for starting up multimedia development in Sony Ericsson. Team started out with 12 hand picked engineers and vast degree of freedom to create something new and exciting. First embryo of a Media player soon turned into a Music player application, Video player application and Camera application in Sony Ericsson products. Team grew from 12 to 40 engineers.
