I am thrilled to share my journey with the Chittagong University Research and Higher Study Society (CURHS), dedicated to fostering research and promoting a culture of higher study among our students at the University of Chittagong.Not only in my role as an Officer for the Jamal Nazrul Islam event but I was also actively involved in organizing and managing stalls at the Chattogram Research Fair, where I ensured a seamless experience for participants and attendees alike. Additionally, I took on the responsibility of serving as the Head of Documentation for TEDx Chittagong University, which was a remarkable opportunity to contribute to such an inspiring platform.Beyond these flagship events, I have worked diligently to organize higher study sessions, member recruitment drives, and meet-ups aimed at enhancing our community's engagement. I also initiated programs like Choruivati, a journal club focusing on nurturing a vibrant scholarly culture within CURHS.A key aspect of my vision for CURHS is to establish adaptive leadership among its members while enhancing their soft skills. My future agenda includes developing these essential skills further and enriching the research knowledge of all members.
