* As part of the Corporate Finance team, deliver business case studies for strategic value-accretive capital works, asset disposal, and corporate transactions. Delivered financial feasibility studies for major project opportunities in the areas of data platform and enterprise systems integration.* Formulated and delivered the Financial Evaluation Framework and standardised financial modelling practice to support feasibility study of major capital projects.* Delivered funding/ capital allocation to project portfolio in relation to 4-year budget and 10-year sustainable Financial Plan.* Drove the integration of data & analytics with Power BI into insights intelligence on finance’s forecast, analysis, and reporting. As part of the global supply chain team, I support the team by:* Formulating and delivering strategy for converging lower-value higher-volume/frequency spending across sites. This was achieved through supplier’s price negotiation and agreements, recommendation of preferred suppliers, as well as delivering and closing tender processes for certain categories.* Undertaking spending analysis of over 250,000 transaction items with total value of over A$3 billion to locate fragmented purchases and indications of supply contract deviation.
