My second ERP implementation project within 7 years. Started with Service delivery processes and concepts implementing them globally. In my current role I have been focusing on delivery process E2E development - concepting of LN (including external systems and integrations), defining business processes (basic and case-specific) respecting global template, thinking about scalability to different sizes of businesses and supporting the change management business is driving.I am familiar with the delivery process on many different levels: master data (customer structures, item master data (including item enrichment needs, PLM, production, etc)), sales data, customer promising (availaibility/capability to promise), planning, purchasing, manufacturing, warehouse operations and work queues, forwarding. And all with the respect of needed legal requirements of documentation and for ex. master data requirements and communication within different stake holders in the process. I have experience in delivering trainings and facilitating different kinds of workshops - in class room and online.I am currently working mainly with Infor LN (with integrated systems like ComPass, Workday, M-Files), integrations and focusing on spare part, product and service delivery processes not forgetting about quality and warranty scenarios. I am a part of the agile product team to develop LN but high focus is in rollout projects supporting business on user acceptance testing, migration templates and master data quality. I am a team player, good at networking and building trust between people. I want to do my work with passion and find it important to keep my good work-life balance. I have gained experience in driving decision making and am working on getting business requirements more data driven. I am currently responsible for training and supporting Siebel/SAP invoicing and purchasing (including Siebel-SAP integrations) in a global (sometimes also a quite virtual) team. In my role it is important to understand and communicate global and local business processes and train Siebel/SAP Key users to use our tools. Other tasks related to my role are:- Communicating and establishing requirement requests (Siebel and SAP/on behalf of business)- Supporting testing - Supporting of the deployment team and business units in country implementation projects- Designing and giving trainings (Siebel/SAP, integrations, idoc/Siebel/SAP trouble shooting)- understanding the customer master data conceptI have strong communication and presentation skills (including language skills: Finnish (mother tongue), German (nearly mother tongue), French and some Swedish) and am currently working on my coaching skills. In my current role it is extremely important to understand the dependencies between different modules (within SAP but also with Siebel and GCM) as well as keep an eye on upcoming releases and new/changing concepts and features.
