Application of Permaculture Design at 'Palikade farm' - an 18 acre farm in Kamshet, Maharashtra: Assisted in developing water harvesting structures and in design & implementation of plantation on bunds. Co-ordinated a successful three-day national event alongside the organization's leadership and a very small team of staff and long-term volunteers. The event had 1,200 participants & 100 event day volunteers and was accomplished with minimum budget and exemplary practices of reduce-reuse-recycle in event management. The event (NPC 2016) brought together stalwarts from different streams of natural/ organic farming. Was closely involved with recruitment, planning, communications, event design and on-site co-ordination.

(Operations of Intermon Oxfam were integrated into Oxfam India)- Monitored implementation of two Farming-oriented Livelihood Programmes and one Rural Primary Education programme involving multiple NGO partners in Maharashtra. - Assisted the Senior Management and NGO groups in developing strategy of programmes. - Developed project proposals and reports for submission to back-donors –which were mostly Spanish government agencies- Organized capacity development events for partner NGOs e.g. workshop on Media Communications and on Strategy Planning- Co-ordinated creation of a documentary film and a book on a livelihood programme, wrote short articles on the programmes for Communications dept.
