CurrentRoles & ResponsibilitiesAnalyzing functional requirements and collect all requirements and document processes.Establishing business processes, analyzing existing process and recommend improvements to same.Coordinate with information technology department and prepare designs for functional specifications.Creating and maintaining project schedules by developing project plans and specifications, estimating time and resources, monitoring milestone completion, tracking all phases of the project lifecycle. Timely reporting of issues that impact project progress, coordinating actions and resolving conflicts.Producing required project analysis documentation (business requirements, scope matrix, use cases, sequence diagrams, future state proposals, UAT plan).Developing training programs and associate documents.Providing technical support to various migration plans and monitor efficient use of specifications.Engage and lead partners across the project’s lifecycle.Automate repeatable and ad-hoc analyses to measure and interpret business trends and inform business partner decisions.
