Ability to search and recruit proactively, with strong organizational skillsRecruiting Citizens, Green Card Holders and H1B consultants as per the client requirement for Various projects on W2, 1099, or Corp-to- Corp basis Effectively sourced the profiles of GC and US Citizens local to the client locations on W2 Hourly basis and also satisfied the client requirement Experience with the client Emergent BioSolutions, Automation Anywhere and DXC to Fulfill the FTE positions mostly C2C/W2 consultants in IT Technologies Manage process from cost-effective sourcing, coordinating interviews,Able to bring in active clients with first preference given to direct client relationship if not then Implementation partners / Tier 1 vendors / Direct ClientsResponsible for bring in new Clients through MSP/VMSResponsible for maturing leads using different sales techniques to convert leads to prospectsFollow up with clients to gather requirements and work on RFI/RFP’sFollow up with Internal and external clients to close the business.Confident Self-Starter with experience in US staffing services & high degree of drive to motive the entire team.Working on C2C/W2 positions for the below clients: Emergent BioSolutions, PCAOB, Boeing, Florida Blue, Wells Fargo,Johnson and Johnson(Health Care), Google, TCS, HCL, Infosys, Verizon and Global investment Bank(Global Sachs), Automation Anywhere, JPMC, Microsoft, AARP(American Association of Retired Persons), Ford,GAF, Kohl's, DXC, WWT and Etc,.
