Snigdha served as the Program Development Leader at Faurecia India Pvt. Ltd. She has accumulated two years of invaluable experience in exhaust system design for domestic passenger vehicles, working with OEMs - Hyundai, Kia, Volkswagen, and Skoda. Her skill set includes estimating design & development costs for projects, deploying value engineering, overseeing product development, and strategic planning for engineering activities. Her experience encompasses leading cross-functional teams, managing project lifecycles, and employing agile methodologies. Additionally, she has supported as the primary contact for engineering-related customer inquiries.Her work has centered on cost optimization and performance-oriented product design. She has utilized Poke-Yoke methodologies, managed Bills of Materials (BOM), and conducted design failure mode analysis. Her responsibilities extended to coordinating product testing and ensuring regulatory compliance.Her competencies also include competitive analysis, product design, and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams. She has proficiently managed product lifecycles using PLM software and ensured timely engineering related project delivery. Her commitment to product reliability is evident through warranty analysis and root cause investigations.Graduating from Sanjay Ghodawat University in 2022, she ranked 'First' in the Mechanical Engineering department.
