Expertise in physicochemical characterization techniques for determination of size, shape, drug loading, and functional groups using DLS, SEM, TEM, Spectrophotometry, FT-IR respectively. Proficient in various in-vitro assays including, cell viability/cytotoxicity (MTT/Alamar Blue), colony formation (Microscopy), cell migration assay, cell cycle analysis, cell uptake assays (Flow cytometry, Confocal imaging, HPLC), apoptosis, and ROS generation assay (flow cytometry), gene expression (PCR).
