- Designed and pitched original series ideas through treatments and decks to internal stakeholders that incorporated consumer products, films, or experiences from Disney Theme Parks, Studios, and other departments- Read scripts, created breakdowns, schedules, and budgets, then maintained budgets and schedules throughout the entirety of the production- Managed multiple high-budget productions within various stages of production through JIRA management software providing notes, copyright approvals, music selections, and more - Worked with the internal sales team to produce content integrating third-party brand partners (Hasbro, Duracell, Burt’s Bees, Subway, etc.) for cross-promotional marketing opportunities- Collaborated with creative, legal, finance, post-production, business affairs, risk management, and external teams to ensure all productions were successfully delivered within budget, legal, brand, and time guidelines- Facilitated project-related kick-off meetings, reviews, updates, etc- Flawless record of delivering excellent work on-time and within budget- Led all last-minute quick-turn productions through a specialized team called the Strike Team for productions required to be done under 48 hours- Traveled nationwide to cover productions- Partnered with Disney’s internal Technology Innovations Group (TIG) to incorporate new innovative technologies into productions to push the boundaries of storytelling (VR, AR, 360 videos) - Worked with storyboard artists, cinematographers, production designers, editors, and other heads of departments to bring creative visions to life within budget and schedule- Directed Facebook/Youtube Live streams - calling camera moves and shots to technical directors during live productions- Notable Live Streams: “World of Color” from the Disneyland Resort, “Learn to Draw with Zootopia Director Byron Howard” from Disney Animation, and “How to Draw Dante from Coco” from Pixar
