Property valuation communication platform:Idea for an app for mortgage bankers to request for an indicative and later final property valuation from real estate firms and communicate with them. ● Created product requirements, developed operational workflows embedded in the corporate.● Developed commercial terms for the agreement.● Built financial model, obtaining approval for budget from FP&A.● Recruitment of staff and procurement of call center.

On-demand pay fintech venture:This idea allows employees who live from paycheck to paycheck to access wages they have earned before payday for their cash flow needs. Before scaling, KipleX was shut by its distressed corporate parent.● Developed prototype with an Italian restaurant and provided subsequent input to Product team.● Developed commercial terms for agreements in full compliance.● Obtained 12 clients (six from personal sources) including hospital, college, listed techco, coffee chain. ● Headed experimentation, reaching product-market fit (127 users, >RM 195k in lending). ● Secured a partnership with a F&B ecosystem player with >10,000 business in database.

Developed first-in-market investment products and promoted it via webinars, promotional material and referral marketing. Sold to and dealt with retail investors, onboarded two special institutional investors (total US$3.5m), and took part in marketing efforts for a US$1m ECF campaign.

Elderly home equity release platform venture:First own venture, allowing elderly homeowners to free cash from their property whilst continuing to reside until demise, co-founded with ex-MD of UK’s largest home reversion business. Although demand was established, it couldn’t be served on our short runway.● Raised RM 120,000 from Asgari Stephens and others, obtained regulatory approval from MOF.● Developed web platform and actuarial pricing model, localized UK agreements, trained 5 agents.● Featured on BFM and The Edge. With just RM 7,500 of Facebook marketing, got >11,000 site visitors and generated 100 leads.

SaaS e-procurement venture:Tasked with a RM >1m budget to convert an enterprise e-procurement software into a SaaS application. This included gathering and sharing requirements with developers in India and monitoring development. Key point of contact for the CEO on this track.● All four enterprise customers moved to SaaS (Westports, Malaysia Airports, SME Bank, IWK).● Privasia went on to obtain some of Malaysia’s largest corporates including FGV, FELCRA, Pengurusan Aset Air Bhd, UMW, Boustead, Berjaya Group, Bintulu Port, LPK and AXA.
