I had the privilege of being part of Suraksha Products Pvt Ltd since its inception, contributing significantly to the establishment of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the company. Suraksha Products stands as the largest manufacturer of LPG hoses in India. I got the opportunity to lead the QA , Compound Mixing , ISO and R&D departments .In addition to these responsibilities, I actively participated in activities such as vendor evaluation, alternate vendor development, material planning, production planning, and the implementation of ERP systems. I had the honor of representing the company in Bureau of Indian Standard (BIS) Meetings and was selected to be a part of the PCD 13:3 technical committee. This committee plays a pivotal role in formulating and amending ISI standards for rubber hoses.This experience not only enriched my understanding of the industry but also allowed me to acquire a holistic knowledge of various business aspects.Responsibilities• In charge of Quality Assurance, Technical, Compound Mixing and Quality management System departments.• Responsible for maintaining ISO 9001:2000 quality management system in the organization, as Management Representative.• ISI and LERC documentation and handling third party inspections. • Customer complaint analysis and corrective action.Achievements• Established full fledged laboratory and quality assurance systems• Implemented ISO 9001:2000 QMS in the entire organization • Reduced the cost of the product by INR 2.0/- per meter (Annual production is around 5 million meters)• Reduced the wastage from 2.1 to 1.3%• Developed minimum 3 vendors for each raw material.• Developed economic import substitution for major raw materials.• Represented the organization in Bureau Of Indian Standards Technical committee

Started my professional journey with Thejo Engineering Services. Following the onboarding process in Chennai, I was assigned to the Gudur Production plant located in Andhra Pradesh. Within six months, I got the opportunity to lead the Quality Assurance department.
