As a Group System Training Manager at Crown Worldwide Group, I lead a global team responsible for managing the systems training requirements for our staff across all offices worldwide. I am actively involved in ensuring that our employees have the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively utilize our systems.In my position, I actively participate in discussions regarding the enhancement of our existing systems, working closely with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and propose innovative solutions. I am also involved in defining the requirements for software developments, ensuring that our systems are tailored to meet the evolving needs of our organization.One of my key responsibilities is overseeing the creation and standardization of training documentation and user guides. By developing comprehensive materials, my team empowers employees to navigate our systems with confidence and efficiency. My team actively engages in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes, ensuring the smooth implementation of system upgrades and enhancements.Collaboration with business managers is essential to my role. I work closely with them to understand their training needs and develop customized training plans. Applying adult learning principles, I ensure that our training programs are engaging, effective, and aligned with our organizational objectives.In addition to my role as a Group Systems Training Manager, I am privileged to also serve on the esteemed Steering Committee at Crown Worldwide Group. Within the committee, I actively contribute to collaborative discussions, generating ideas and strategic plans to drive business excellence. Our collective efforts focus on identifying and addressing process gaps, implementing group-wide initiatives to enhance Customer Experience and improve service quality.
