The two qualities that describe my character are excellence and courage. ExcellenceAs a student, I want to be the top performer. I believe that life is an opportunity and if I don't take full advantage of it by dedicating effort and time I am not satisfied. As a professional, I also strive to bring excellence to anything I do. I expect a lot from myself; however, I also expect a lot from employers to be challenged and trusted with difficult projects. In the summer of 2021, I completed an internship where I was able to demonstrate high performance as well as exceed expectations by proposing innovative solutions. I am a team-oriented person as I believe that teams have the power to accomplish things an individual alone cannot. During school projects and work experiences, I had opportunities to be a team player as well as a team leader.CourageI am originally from Poland, and I moved to the US when I was seventeen. Cultural shock, learning a new language, and growing up in a foreign country were challenging but today I see how they positively shaped my personality. I am also a tennis player and like to compete in professional tournaments in my free time. The competitiveness spreads into other areas of my life and I simply like to be the best at what I do. I have an ambition of opening a company in the future and often put the effort to educate myself as an entrepreneur. I believe every opportunity has its risk and it requires courage to take this chance.
