-Senior Relationship Manager for intermediary clients distributing SSgA funds into the Irish market-Clients include some of the country’s largest Life Assurance Companies and Wealth Managers -Main products include: Absolute Return Strategies, ETFs, Property, Active and Passive Fixed Income and Equity fundsRole activities: -Main responsibility is supporting the sales channels for SSgA Ireland’s largest client: Initiatives entail: regular presentations, seminars, webinars, teleconferences, marketing collateral, entertainment-Role also entails business development with other domestic intermediaries. -Head of team responsible for the relationship management of over 200 Active and Passive Client Relationships. -Clients include Defined Benefit & Defined Contribution pension schemes, Charities and Corporates invested in a wide range of products across all major asset classes. -Relationship manager for company's largest property client - portfolio value in excess of €1bn. -Ownership of writing product and marco marketing material for client facing business. Role activities; team management, regular presentations to client investment committees, cross-selling products to existing clients, dealing with daily client queries and ensuring that all client files are kept up to date. Achievements:- Promoted to senior client manager in September 2011 taking over as team leader of a small team of client relationship managers.-Proven track record of retaining clients during a very challenging period of product underperformance.-Made a number of new business wins and successful cross-selling of alternative products/investment solutions to existing clients. -Enhanced profitability on client book by implemented a number of initiatives to strengthen relationships with existing clients and reduce costs associated with managing accounts.
