With over 15 years of experience in various industries, I am a passionate and creative entrepreneur who loves spicy food and innovation. I have founded and run two successful businesses that combine my interests and skills: Inferno Farms, a small batch hot sauce and spicy food company, and OC Urban Farms, a hydroponic growing system provider. I am also the founder and sponsorship director of Inferno Farms Productions LLC, a production company that organizes and manages spicy food related events, such as the ongoing West Coast Hot Sauce Experience.As the founder and sponsorship director of Inferno Farms Productions, I am responsible for creating, planning, and executing exciting and engaging events that showcase the best of the spicy food, local music and craft beer industries. I leverage my extensive network and expertise in the field to secure sponsors, partners, vendors, and media coverage for our events, as well as to provide a memorable and enjoyable experience for our attendees. I also use my skills in new business development, employee benefits, and retirement to manage the financial and legal aspects of the company. I am proud to be a Guinness World Record holder for eating the world's hottest pepper, the Carolina Reaper, and to share my passion and knowledge of spicy food with others.
