Managed a portfolio of enterprise retailers (Grainger, Home Depot, Sam’s Club, Walmart, Amazon, etc) to sell high-end security products in their stores. -- Manage major retail accounts such as Grainger, Fingerhut, Home Depot, Sam's Club.-- Attend several annual tradeshows across the country to meet new category buyers and build relationships with existing buyers.-- Drive increased sales to existing customer base and identify opportunities to improve results for cross-selling products, services, and solutions with our customers.-- Identify accounts where revenue is shrinking and relaitonship has been "lost" and formulate strategies to maintain business and retain customer.-- Provide B2B sales training for distibutor account managers. -- Provide sales training and creative marketing ideas for retail customers to drive sales-- Establish strong relationships with key coporate buyers.-- Formulate creative strategies to build new and existing accouts. -- Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, areas of expertise, and market segments they support. -- Manage to meet/exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts. -- Establish effective internal relationships with other departments such as Marketing, Graphic Design Team, Web Design Team, Product Management, Operations, Finance, Customer Service, Technical Support and Warranty Department and utilizing these departments to increase sales and client satisfaction.-- Maintain competitive product knowledge to create and adjust sales strategies. -- Present information and solutions in a c-professional manner.-- Produce quotes, proposals, presentations and account review data where necessary. -- Determine and manage sales related expenses.
