At Valtech I worked as a consultant within Service- and UX Design. I was focused on User Research, Concept Development and UX Design and worked in the following projects:- Global forestry and packaging company, Discovery Phase. The project was a first step to ensure an enhanced customer experience throughout the client's digital landscape, including customer and stakeholder segmentation, creating customer journeys and personas, creating scenarios and sketching glimpses of a desired state based on stakeholder needs.- JM, maintenance and updates on website. My tasks within the project was to gather requirements and create design for new changes to the current website. I created prototypes in Figma and held meetings were I aligned the solutions with the development team and other stakeholders.

A three month long trainee program involving education in the different methods used in the Design Thinking Process, alternating with Client Work:- Halebop, My Pages. This project had a focus on amplifying the customers “My page” for app and web. The focus was on increasing the customer value and user experience and thereby creating transactional value. The scope was adressed by gathering insights from customers and through ideation together with stakeholders within Halebop. The result was visually presented concepts and designs.- Medoma, Health care management system. Medoma is a virtual ward company that offers patients acute hospital care in their home. I worked in the UX Design team who did user research and created the design from scratch for the different web apps. I had a particular focus on the overarching design as well as the final presentation of the visionary prototype where we showed the future potentials of the application, for the client to use when talking to investors.

Gokind is a fintech startup aiming to promote more sustainable companies and help their users make better shopping choices. I conducted user interviews and tests, developed concepts and created final designs for the conversion page in the app, where the users commit to switch to more sustainable companies in the categories insurance, electricity and mobile operators.

As a traffic planner Consultant at Ramboll I helped clients such as Stockholms stad, Trafikverket, SL/Trafikförvaltningen (to name a few) with evaluating, designing and planning transportation systems on a strategic level.I was specialized in social sustainability, accessibility and pedestrian planning and managed several projects.

Master Thesis conducted at the division of Traffic and Urban Planning at ÅF (now AFRY). The aim of the study was to contribute to the knowledge of the use of Social Impact Assessment in Swedish traffic planning. The thesis won K2's (The Swedish Knowledge Centre for Public Transport) price for the best master thesis within the field of Sustainable Mobility during the period 2016 - 2017.

Responsible for planning and executing events for Pepp 2016. Pepp is a mentorship program aiming at inspiring more girls to study engineering and take on technical educations. Pepp offers high school girls a mentor that studies an engineering program and arranges events at engineering companies to give an insight of what it means to work as an engineer.
