I joined Ennova to spearhead a pivotal shift in digital product development, transitioning from a tailored product approach to a strategy centered around concept and standard products within a unified, agile framework. In this role, I established new teams, implemented new governance structures, and introduced new operational methodologies, all in close collaboration with key stakeholders.

As the former Director of TDC Group's Customer Experience Transformation Program and Customer Insight Function, reporting directly to the COO and with dotted reference to the CEO, I led a specialized transformation office comprising 25 professionals. Our mission was to support all business lines through data analysis, defining strategic initiatives, and seamless execution of the initiatives with the objective of improving the customer experience. This pivotal role was firmly integrated within TDC's executive management framework, receiving bi-weekly attention during executive meetings where we reviewed the progress of our initiative portfolio. In the intervals between these meetings, I collaborated closely with the Executive Vice President of business lines to formulate and refine strategic approaches and initiatives.
