Communication and contingency plans for the SOF Information Environment (SIE) in support of global users, both in garrison and deployed worldwide. Responsible for the Special Operations Liaison Officers Program supporting 23 officers located overseas, providing expertise in secure communication interoperability, support for the international division hosting 24 partner nations and advising on Mission Partner Environment, Secret And Below Releasable Environment (SABRE), Trusted Network Environment and the US-BICES program. Planner for USSOCOM communication needs to resolve discrepancies between proposed systems and enterprise quality and security with Joint Staff J6 during the planning and early implementation of SABRE. Lead staff officer for USSOCOM J6, working with Mission Partner Capability’s Office (MPCO) Mission Partner Environment (MPE) six working groups advocating for current and emerging SOF technologies for the hyper enabled warfighter. Lead SOCOM J6 liaison for the J3-I and J3-JCT providing technical guidance and support in communication systems and technology for interoperability, scalability, and portability of SOF communications. Lead comms planner for USSOCOM partner communications exercises Bold Quest and Emerald Warrior unifying SOF Partners during training exercises. Planned, coordinated, and implemented education programs for the SIE in support of global SOF users worldwide; taught 60+ network administrators that resulted in proficient communications. Adeptly coordinated with national agencies and assorted commands on all matters of command, control, communications, computers, collaboration, and intelligence (C5I); ensured real-time situational awareness, outage notifications and orchestrated the restoral of circuits supporting worldwide operations. Special Operations Forces Information Environment Trainer and developer, working closely with Joint Special Operations University (JSOU) in coordination and management of students and resources.

Served in DIA’s Chief Information Office-Pacific, U.S. Pacific Command’s Joint Intelligence Operations Center, overseeing daily operational workflow delegation to 161 applications support staff for the intelligence analyst’s enterprise-wide. Program Manager directing key programs, managing issues and activities related to the overall mission. Key facilitator of six high visibility global cross-domain intelligence applications, supporting exercises and real-world contingencies. Managed and assigned 180+ Enterprise Mission and Business Applications over multiple secured Intelligence Community (IC) network domains.

Program Manager for IT upgrade on 2, 700 brigade systems due to Information Assurance Vulnerability Assessment updates and patches. Built and maintained Battle Command Common Services (BCCS) and Tactical Server Infrastructure (TSI) including SharePoint SIPR portal; Command Post of the Future; Adobe Connect; Centrix Kiosk 20; VTC operations; helpdesk functions; customer service, and equipment property accountability and distribution. Network architect for Large Area Network (LAN) operations for six battalions identified system hardware needed to meet mission requirements across the brigade. Prepared and conducted training on the installation and maintenance of information-processing equipment for brigade staff, equipment operators and civilians; trained, mentored, and developed soldiers in all aspects of automation operations. Took 100% responsibility for the management and care of automation and communication equipment valued at over $10 million with zero loss or damages.
