Data engineer responsible to create tools to ease daily activities for employees in John Deere units such as reports/dashboards, databases & automation • Design, development, creation and maintenance of +25 Tableau reports that have saved +16,560 hours/year on repetitive daily activities ( ex. download of multiple reports -> to just 1 standard report for several teams),all 25 databases that feed the reports were created in Alteryx connecting more than +500 inputs from diverse sources• Ingested data with a python script on AWS S3 bucket to reflect inside Databricks, this enabled that databases could be used on visualization tools both Tableau and PBI for end users, before, databases where stored in tableau server and if historical data was being appended no PBI users could use that database. Also this databases are used to run machine learning models with Datarobot and Databricks• Created flows in Microsoft Power Automate to update automatically and append information on SharePoint lists/excel files to serve as input to create master databases in Alteryx• Created the Income statements reports and price variation reports for John Deere Mexico finance teams using VBA to extract HTML and Excel files from SAP HANA, Alteryx to make data source and Tableau to make reports

Project coordinator , management, implementation of cost reduction projects for local John Deere Units• Created a Microsoft Excel template that calculated the optimal length of a tube/beam in function of the secondary parts manufactured from it, using the length and volume as parameters. This tool was then migrated to Alteryx so the simulations could be made in all tubes/beams at the same time (instead of one by one) on all JD Mexico factories. A dashboard on Tableau was made to visualize potential savings• Created dashboards in Power BI that compared prices among other 100 variables+/- using SQL to extract, transform, prep and blend info from SAP HANA, IBM DB2 and SAP BO. Also, Power Apps was used to add comments on the findings, which were stored on SharePoint lists• Implemented cost reduction projects coordinating with diverse departments inside JD (Logistics, manufacture, quality, production) and management of supply activities with supplier
