I was reporting to the CEO and was part of the leadership team of Lärandegruppen i Sverige AB, heading 31 schools including 1000 employees across Sweden. The group of companies includes 5 different companies.• Head of the Project Office and was responsible for the project management and project execution in the company. I was responsible for the execution of the company strategy and development projects such as digitalisation and growthprojects. I was also responsible for implementing a project steering model to secure progress and right prioritisation of development initiatives.• Responsible for business development budget including result responsiblity. • Driving the strategy creation work for the company including follow up of execution.• Heading the product line responsibility for own SW development products.• Sustainablity responsible including development of sustainability reporting, work and strategy.• Was heading Due Diligence and integration of new company acquisitions.• Was leading larger strategic deveopment projects such as change of digital learning management platform for 25 schools, integration of aquired companies and development of new concepts for schools.

I was heading a unit of 300 engineers in Linköping and in South Korea. My unit consisted mainly of cross functional teams, responsible for delivering new 5G system functionality to our customers through Agile ways of working. This means systemization, software design as well as integrating and verifying that the functionality works in a customer like environment. I was leading 8 managers and was part of the leadership team responsible for 4G and 5G products within Ericsson.In addition to my regular assignment, I was also in the management team for Ericsson Site Linköping and was responsible for external recruitment at the site.

Responsible for project management and project support for large software project within 4G and 5G development. This was including planning, follow up and risk management, as well as financial control and capability planning. I was also responsible for Hardware handling/forecast for our labs as well as developing our project and software development ways of working, including transformation to agile methodology. I was coaching experienced project managers in my unit both in Linköping and South Korea.

Responsible for a unit of around 100 engineers developing 4G system functionality for our operators/customers. I had product responsibility for Traffic Control components in the 4G base station software. My responsibility also included implementing Agile methodology and cross functional team ways of working in the organisation.
