Operations Supervisor
This role responsible is for the distribution of workload of reservation sales and processing to ensure customer and hotel requirements are fulfilled in an orderly way. This position is integral to the smooth running of the customer contact centre.Operations Supervisor key responsibilities:* Distribute workload for each agent in an orderly manner.* Print or distribute inboxes.* Log in and distribute work from websites.* Sort and distribute faxes.* Liaise with hotels regarding queries on backlog, routing and back up.* Act as subject matter expert on workflow process.* Record daily load counts to supplement resource planning process.* Answer and record operational questions as they arise.* Manage Customer Contact Centre daily operation in the absence of Team Leaders.* Ensure each workflow stream is appropriately staffed.
