The organization is responsible for enlarging the Network, by working and partnering for the creation of Junior Enterprises & Confederations in new countries, and to develop it, through support & connection initiatives.As Head of the Human Resources Department I was responsible for elevating Human Capital. My goal was to cultivate a team that was not only skilled but also deeply engaged, ensuring sustainable growth and adaptability in the global landscape. LisbonPH, the Junior Enterprise of the Faculty of Pharmacy of the University of Lisbon, is a non-profit association, managed by entrepreneurial and dynamic students of the Masters in Pharmaceutical Sciences. It is directed towards the development of projects focused on the training of Health Professional.The Project Department is responsible for the supervision and management of project teams wich includes maintaining the Interdepartmental communication, planning and monitoring tasks and deadlines, monitoring all phases of a project and ensure its quality.I am also responsible for the contact with clients, partners and speakers as well as the logistical planning associated with the project.Furthermore, I was a member of the team responsible for the elaboration of LisbonPH Strategic Plan for 2023-2025.
