It is directed towards the development of projects focused on the training of Health Professional.The Project Department is responsible for the supervision and management of project teams wich includes maintaining the Interdepartmental communication, planning and monitoring tasks and deadlines, monitoring all phases of a project and ensure its quality.I am also responsible for the contact with clients, partners and speakers as well as the logistical planning associated with the project.Furthermore, I was a member of the team responsible for the elaboration of LisbonPH Strategic Plan for 2023-2025.
