Internship experience at the production and automobilistic industry working at the launch department of the company where all releases are planned, followed and executed. This area was also in charge of preparing the World Class Manufacturing auditory each year.During my time in this company I followed the performance KPIs of the different areas making final reports for internal use. Also, I was in charge of developing the WCM final presentation that would be used at the annual auditory. As part of the continuous improvement theory, I was responsible for collecting and analyzing EPMs files in order to work with multidisciplinary teams solving the different problems at the plant.----Pasantía en industria automotriz trabajando en el área de lanzamientos de la compañía donde los lanzamientos son planificados, desarrollados y ejecutados. Esta área además se encarga de la preparación del material necesario para la auditoría de World Class Manufacturing de cada año.Durante mi tiempo en la compañía me encargaba del seguimiento de los KPIs de performance de las diferentes áreas desarrollando reportes de uso interno. Además, estaba a cargo del desarrollo de la presentación final para la auditoría de WCM. Como parte de la teoría de mejora continua, era responsable de recolectar, analizar EPMs para posteriormente resolver los problemas de la planta junto con equipos interdisciplinarios.

Internship experience while studying in the last year of university. During this period I was able to introduce myself in the financial industry in a well known company of Argentina as Naranja X it is. I worked at the Contact Centre area of the company which was in charge of all the channels where the client can get in contact. I was able to participate in the digitization project trying to have both traditional and digital business at the same time. I was in charge of analytical tasks such as benchmarking, helping taking data-driven decisions, using reporting tools such as PowerBI, creating reports and presentations to other teams and some more.-----Pasantía realizada durante el último año de mi carrera universitaria. Durante este período pude introducirme a la industria financiera en una de las empresas más grandes de argentina como lo es Naranja X.Trabajé en el área de Centro de Contactos de la compañía, la que se encarga de todos los canales por los que el cliente se contacta con la empresa. Participé en el proyecto de digitalización con el objetivo final de lograr una nueva estructura de negocio donde convivan el mercado tradicional y el digital al mismo tiempo. Mis tareas consistían principalmente en actividades analíticas tales como benchmarking, asistir en la toma de decisiones data-driven, usar recursos de reporting como PowerBI para obtener conclusiones de negocio y crear reportes y presentaciones para presentar a otros equipos de la compañía.
