EEG & Eye-Tracking Studies-Prepared EEG equipment for participant and assisted with setting up and cleaning up laboratory area. -Research and review literature pertaining to spatial ability, spatial cognition, and EEG technology.-Presented a poster at Student Research Week (Spring 2023) over “Spatial Cognition in extreme environments as revealed by VR and EEG”.-Analyzed and interpreted brain activity data in MATLAB and cleaned ICLabels for accurate data representation.-Adjust and calibrate eye-tracker settings for participants and monitor participant activity during studies.Behavioral Studies & META Analysis-Review anxiety and depression literature pertaining to decision making and cognitive flexibility to be used in a META analysis paper.-Assist with experimental outreach and communication with students interested in participating in studies.-Verify participant's identification and recited experimental instructions and answered participant’s questions.-Prepare materials and REDCap consent forms for participants before they arrived to the study.

-Conducted interviews with parents of patients at the New Bulgarian University regarding their child’s condition.-Reviewed a variety medical cases and discussed patient diagnosis, prognosis, and how to communicate it effectively.-Gathered information about child’s family history, current condition, symptoms, and previous conditions, and discussed the official diagnosis for each child.-Presented on topics regarding the history of ethics and communicating with a patient’s family in a medical setting.

-Implemented STEM curriculum through hands-on experiments to introduce fundamental STEM concepts such as robotics, life sciences, and cooking, promoting problem-solving skills and critical thinking abilities in young children.-Built conflict-resolution and classroom management skills while looking after twelve students at a time.
