upcie was launched in August 2024 as a pay-it-forward project. It is a free online match-making platform that serves to link registered Singaporean startups and SMEs with international and local business mentors. The project was started to help level the playing field for registered Singaporean SMEs to get critical business advice and consultations from business professionals, regardless of the SMEs' industry or number of years in business. upcie does not charge SMEs any fee for its matchmaking services; business professionals who sign up to join upcie as mentors do so on a pro bono basis. Through this, these mentors seek to pay-it-forward by donating their time to help build up the next generation of business leaders and companies.

Helped the coaches to organize twice a week practices, and maintain and fix equipment for the team. Drove recruitment for new members through trial events for new students and booths for Open House. In recognition of our sustainability efforts, the school was awarded the Eco-School Green Flag Award and the Campaign Award by World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF) in 2023.
