Managed procurements, new as well as developed and challenged our existing agreements, mostly within H&M IT but also for H&M Business Development. Responsibilities included identifying and screening of potential new partnerships and collaborations, both national and international. It involved contract management such as drafting, negotiating and onboarding as well as ensure compliance by including our legal department.Result: Gained knowledge in deal making processes and various deal structures as well as improved my skills in negotiation strategy and sourcing processes, how to work with SOW, RFI and RFP. Increased my winner mentality but also to drive and build long-term business relationships where both parties felt satisfied.

Managed offshore transitions for IT systems to India. Responsibilities included preparing, planning and executing the transitions. It required a high ability to collaborate and communicate with stakeholders on different levels such as, steering group members, offshore vendors, business stakeholders and the local team. It involved risk assessment and managing dependencies between internal systems but also outside the division. It also involved contract management and the incorporation of new KPI:s which required a new way of working. Result: Improved my skills within Project and People Change Management, how to be flexible when leading people in change but also how to prioritize and structure objectives towards actions needed. I also learned more about myself as a leader, how to lead a team towards a mission where conflict resolution and problem solving is important. On requests from other departments I held presentations about my way of working and leading a transition.

Responsible for consultancy matters and various HR administration as well as securing the consultant procurement process on a higher level. Work tasks included resource planning, contract management, extensions and negotiations. It required collaboration with sourcing, staffing and product owners both internally and across other divisions. Introduction, education as well as termination of consultants was also part of my duties.Result: Developed and designed a new way of working with templates and policies for the consultant procurement process that was spread throughout H&M IT. I also increased my negotiation skills and knowledge in conducting difficult conversations such as early termination or other health-related aspects.

Assignment at H&M IT. Supported the sourcing function, product owners and HR with sourcing and consultant related questions. Coordinated resource planning in relation to the division’s sourcing strategy. Participated in operational and tactical governance meetings with our offshore vendors. Responsibilities included follow up on forecasts, taking meeting minutes as well as spread information to relevant stakeholders. In collaboration with Consultant Responsible, my responsibility was to ensure that the consultant procurement process was followed throughout the division.Monthly I created seating forecasts for our division including 300 workers. I was responsible for organizing the internal seat relocation, which included risk and impact assessments as well as a communication plan and having an information meeting with the union.

It also maximized personnel’s productivity and we hit financial records in several months. I developed and implemented new HR and recruitment processes and supported in the implementation of the company's collective agreement. My ability of working in a fast paced environment managing multiple and complex projects got increased.
