The Unilever Future Leaders Programme (UFLP) typically lasts three years during which we gain experience in various different responsible roles. It is an accelerated track for development where we gain global exposure, diverse roles across different functions and get a personalized development journey. We have formal training and on the job training and experience. During the programme I have had the opportunity to learn a new role quickly and been able to contribute as a full member of a team in each role I've been given during the six months in each role.

Category Manager for the biggest Unilever category: Ice Cream. Responsible for business performance analytics, strategic work to secure competitive and future fit portfolio and identifying key growth drivers and opportunities.
