Marketing Campaign Executive
Responsibilities associated to this role include the creating, implementation and managing of training contract campaigns including the companies contracts with the Department for Education (DfE), Greater Manchester Combined Authority (GMCA) and L&Q`s Pound Advice Service.Generating and nurturing applicant and client relationships through designed and scheduled email campaigns. The most successful campaign reached over 3 million people on social media including Facebook and Instagram, generated over 9 million impressions which converted to 11,500 leads.Scheduling calls with clients and graduate learners to retain content to produce case studies. My latest case study gained the interest of Greater Manchester Combined Authority (GMCA) leading to them interviewing and producing their own case study of the graduate who underwent our Skills Bootcamp in Digital Marketing. Collaborating with Government bodies through attending regular interval meetings, discussing how we can promote fully-funded services like the Skills Bootcamps through collaborating on social media campaigns. An example is my Digitober post where I worked with GMCA to promote the rise in careers in Greater Manchester. Leading on the companys Social Committee where I manage and collaborate with fellow staff members to hold fun activities and events in the office both during work and after work hours. This includes having the responsibility of boosting morale and a positive work environment whilst ensuring staff do not lean towards silo working. Most recently I looked planned and executed activities for Comic Relief including a bake sale which raised £86 and the day in total raised over £100.
