In addition, I co-invented a novel method for characterising oxide defects in III-V transistors. The work had significant impact in the research field, and I have communicated it effectively by co-authoring 15 scientific papers and by giving podium and poster presentation at several international conferences. Managing the research projects and being ultimately responsible for all aspects of my research Develop the cleanroom device fabrication using techniques such as UV and e-beam lithography, wet and dry etching, sputtering, evaporation, ALD, SEM Performing electrical characterization (DC-100 GHz) and analysing data through physics-based models and solid understanding of semiconductor physics Initiating collaborations with colleagues to reach common goalsTeaching experience:For more than 6 years I assisted teaching in physics, electronics, and microtechnology. My experiences covers a broad range of responsibilities such as supervising experimental laboratory exercises and projects, leading theoretical exercises and seminars, giving inspirational talks, re-writing course material, correcting reports and exams, and being opponent at BSc defence.
