As the People and Culture Global Project Coordinator at The Travel Corporation (TTC), reporting directly to the Chief People Officer, I hold a pivotal role in overseeing HR operations worldwide. My responsibilities encompass managing vital projects aimed at enhancing our People and Culture (P&C) function and ultimately, the TTC organization as a whole. Within this capacity, I am deeply engaged in extensive research, the implementation of innovative solutions, and the seamless coordination of global initiatives with regional P&C teams. My primary focus lies in streamlining processes, promoting best practices, and injecting creativity into our projects to cultivate a positive and efficient global workplace environment at TTC.

Working as a Food and Beverage Assistant at Essendon Golf Club was a thrilling dive into the vibrant world of events. Juggling a mix of responsibilities, my days were all about flawlessly executing events and ensuring our guests had a blast. From the sophistication of weddings to the pure joy of birthdays, I took genuine pride in playing a role in the success of each gathering.
