Current- Conduct invoicing, billing, and collections toensure accuracy and efficiency.- Develop flexible payment plans for customersand resolve disputes, including bank disputes,ensuring positive outcomes with properdocumentation.- Perform audits and accounting reviews toensure compliance and accuracy beforecollection.- Process refunds promptly, ensuring customersatisfaction and adherence to policies.- Collaborate with managers to review andresolve declined transaction claims for timelypayment.- Work with Third-Party Administrators (TPAs)to expedite insurance payments for corporateaccounts.- Communicate with customers via email andphone, providing exceptional service andresolving inquiries.- Prepare detailed collection files for submissionto external agencies.- Use Slack for team communication, ensuringquick responses and effective follow-ups.- Lead training initiatives, update SOPs, createhandbooks, and onboard new hires seamlessly
