At the Montemar Athletic Club I learned from the physical therapists about the proper way to aid patients seeking rehabilitation for sports related lesions, while learning more about the most common sports lesions in patients coming from a variety of epidemiologies. During my internship I will learned how to create my own rehabilitation programs for these patients, and have had three patients of my own of whom I have collaborated with the physical therapists to create the best program of rehabilitation for. As this internship is being conducted in Alicante, Spain I also examined the difference of healthcare across cultures, understanding better the importance of global healthcare, and improving my clinical Spanish along the way.

Work with patients to answer immunization-related questions, and help them to navigate their patient account. Answer phone calls and respond to patient emails, helping to schedule immunization appointments and removing holds off of student accounts. Work in collaboration the with Immunization Coordinator to manage immunization history on student accounts.
