In this role, I provide financial support to the Housekeeping, Floor Care and Kitchen Specialty marketing programs by managing the P&L and profitability. I work closely with the marketing and R&D teams of the business unit to analyze cost saving projects, promotions and pricing actions. I lead a team of two direct reports.

In this role I was primarily responsible for supporting capital structure management, including budgeting, forecasting, and analysis of cash flow, interest expense and share repurchases. I worked with Latin America, Asia Pacific and Europe finance teams on financing activities designed to optimize capital structure, tax efficiency, and cash management.

• Forecasted product portfolio prices based on margin and sales analysis, and customer profiles for regional managers
• Prepared variance analyses of financial statement accounts and presented at the monthly meeting with the Global Business Unit leader
• Researched on Japanese peripheral vascular devices market as part of first stage of Business Plan for product launch

• Led a team for the implementation of an Oracle Financial solution, which systematized procedures related to the formulation, execution and control of the budgetary process
• Developed the budget of the bank, and prepared and presented variance analysis to the CFO
• Trained the administrators of the most important agencies of the bank in the use of the Oracle Financial system related to the budget process (120 hours+)
