I have worked in science more than 25 years and have experience from Pharma industry, Biotech, and University, as well as experience in driving science, delivering complex drug projects, especially in the cardiovascular area, and leading teams. Today I have a lead biology role in Cardiovascular projects at AstraZeneca. I work across all modalities, designing and setting up in vivo studies, and complex in vitro and cell based assays in iPSC-derived cells, cell lines, and primary cell systems, both in 2D and 3D cultures and co-cultures. My work is divided between disease area projects and platform projects and I have during the last years worked in projects targeting disease using small molecules, antibodies, PROTACs, siRNAs, ASOs, and AAVs. . In the projects I work I'm equally driven by science as by working together with fantastic colleagues.I like people, have a broad network, usually acts as the spider in the web, and easily connect people.
