With a BA in Psychology from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, I am a Logistics Account Executive at Total Quality Logistics (TQL), one of the largest freight brokerage firms in North America. I joined TQL in January 2024, after working as a management assistant at Enterprise, where I supported the daily operations and strategic goals of the car rental business.At TQL, I leverage my communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills to build and maintain relationships with customers and carriers, negotiate rates, and ensure the timely and efficient delivery of freight.
