Lead and develop a new business line within the Intelcia Group, called Intelcia Shared Services. My responsibilities included the creation and definition of the strategic business plan, market segmentation, and commercial strategy. After the business model was implemented, my tasks expanded to the management of a specialized recruitment consultant team. Key activities included: Exploring, analyzing, and understanding the positions and functions to recruit; Screening CVs, conducting research, and utilizing direct search techniques to identify candidates in the labor market; Managing the interview process, technical validation, and selection of candidates; Negotiating job positions and functions to recruit; Business development and sales consultancy;Managing relationships with international investors, primarily in the SSC industry; Acting as Project Manager in Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) contexts. Additionally, I built and led a wide variety of talent management and development initiatives, including organizational design, performance management, retention, engagement, succession planning, workforce planning, and professional growth strategies. Key activities also included: Specialized recruitment, employee relations, talent management and development, compensation & benefits, employee engagement, workforce analytics, and budget management.I developed and implemented strategies for the selection and retention of talent, organizational development, and the alignment of HR processes with overall business objectives.
