The Impact Hub Bogota strengthens the Strat-Up scene of Colombia, by providing a network of social entrepreneurs and various consulting opportunities. Here I had the chance to work with an international team assisting in the implementation of two projects: the Impact Hub Scaling program and the Incubation program. The Scaling program supported Start-Ups from Colombia, Mexico, Brazil, and Costa Rica and allowed them to expand their business to various Latin countries. I assisted in Design Thinking Processes and consulting sessions for the entrepreneurs. In the Incubation program, which is carried out in collaboration with the city of Bogota, I organized workshops and classes in finances, communication, and sustainability.Additionally, I assisted the team with the office administration and the organization of events for up to 100 guests.
