Communication with marketing team in Maastricht and Congress Organization Societies.- Sponsorship forms for Agents and Distributors in Spain and Portugal.- Management of tickets and hotels for the sales team.- Annual Sales Meeting Madrid.- Samples management if sent from office.•Finance Department:- Price lists to Agents, Distributors and Sales Reps.- GPO interface regarding meetings, price lists, documentation and rebates or discount management in cooperation with finance.- Sales vs target report for Agents in Spain and Portugal on first working day of month and every half of the month.•Quotations and Public Tenders: (being the back up at Madrid office when is needed)- Making quotes following the set-up procedure and uploaded prices into Oracle. - Coordinate tender’s situation with sales force and tender department: o preparing the economic and technical offer. o samples requests to be shipped to hospitals from Maastricht tender department. o control all warranties.•QAR:- Meetings with our Technical Responsible and the Department of Quality, Regulatory and compliance.•Labor:- Occupational Hazards responsible, deal with Mutua.•CRM:- Training users on a one to one basis or group.- Participating in a CRM implementation & being a CRM team superuser.- Testing CRM functionality, reporting issues and recommending solutions on behalf of a team.
