Current- Accurately processes and maintains organized records for 400+ customers with no missed income - Improving methods of completing tasks to save time and reduce costs for the business For example: Previously we would go through and match every customers withdrawal amount to the bank template for changes, now I create IF functions and use Conditional Formatting in Excel to let me know if there is an adjustment I need to make- Prioritize assignments and complete them within deadlines Including: calculating costs, adjusting accounts, processing monthly withdrawals, creating costume invoices, and answering emails- Create excel sheets using tools like PivotTables and VLOOKUP to efficiently access data and create invoices for tuition and costuming - Use professional verbal and written communication skills to communicate with customers about enrolment, finances, or inquiries
