This Contract was initially for 3 months and was extended due to hard work and exceeding company expectations. I was up skilled to work across a number of different project areas. I learnt about a variety of schemes 1995, 2008, 2015 WPP, Defined contributions , Defined Benefits, State pensions as well as SIPPs. This project included undertaking tasks such as corective calculations, moving medical records &processing payments, setting up payment plans for GP surgeries that were in arrears with pension contributions as well as calculating GP Pensions and GP Practice funding.Delivering key administrative and payment support for GP's, dentists, pharmacies and opticians. Excellent standards of customer interaction in the from of written & verbal communication skills were exercised. Ensuring compliance with applicable policies, standards and legislation where met in addition to the accurate and up to date of relevant paperwork, taking full ownership of the cases. Letter writing, form filling and telephony calls were all tasks undertaken as part of this role. The useof Microsoft teams, NHAIS system, CRM systems such as Microsoft Dynamics, Excel were a few of the programs and platforms used on this project
