Current- Select, negotiate and manage relationships with travel agencies and hotels, ensuring a good quality price ratio when purchasing/booking trips and a accommodations.- Implement and manage the policies defined with regards to the company's fleet ensuring the connection with the external company responsable for its integrated management.- Control and purchase office supplies, consumables, furniture, hygiene and comfort products for all offices nationwide, ensuring negotiation and better choice of suppliers.- Ensure the management of needs and good maintenance of the company's facilities nationwide.- Management of the nationwide corporation properties.- Organization of catering services and coffee breaks for headquarters meetings and events when required.- Archive of all relevant documentation affecting my area of activity.- Comply with the guidelines contained in the quality & environmental management system documents approved and applicable to the area of my activity.- Renewal management and approval of all insurances related to the physical safety of employees and the company.-Reception team leader.
