Tio veckors uppsatspraktik på Delphis grupp Offentlig upphandling, EU- och konkurrensrätt. Arbetet bestod i att utreda diverse frågor tillsammans med de övriga juristerna i gruppen.

Arbetet består i att driva in skulder genom att ta kontakt med gäldenärer och förhandla fram en möjlig betalningslösning. Jag har därmed fått goda kunskaper i insolvensrätt och hyresrätt. Arbetstiden har bestått både i att avlasta samt ersätta befintliga jurister i deras dagliga arbete. Stockholmskontoret är inriktat mot hyres- samt kommissionsförhållanden vilket innebär att jag haft kontakt med företagare såväl som privatpersoner.
