Generalist role that encompasses ER, Learning and Development, Talent, Reward, etc.* People Services: shapes the People Services agenda, with a strategic, as well as operational, overview and working to ensure an integrated approach to service delivery. Partners and works collaboratively with key stakeholders to ensure a high performance and employee experience focused transactional HR service that is continuously improving.* Paralegal: Provides administrative and legal support to the Legal team. Coordinates team members, colleagues and outside Counsel on various legal concerns. Supports the review of contractual terms. Performs legal research. Formulates and deploys process-related improvementswith regards to the provision of legal support services, including drafting and revising template agreements.

Preparation andexecution of trainings and concerning materials.- Compensation and benefits package.- Planning and Delivery of employees wellbeing actions.- HR policies.- Diversity, Equality and Inclusion and Corporate SocialResponsibility Comittees.- Offboarding process and Exit interview.

- Human Resources generalist role supporting Internal client: Accenture Finance (HC +7000 in more than 50 countries).- Point of contact for HR Business Partners, Directors and Leaders.- Responsible to deliver Performance Achievement process: Act as HR Coach in global employees talent discussions. Maintenance of Talent groups. Preparation of executive reports for HR Teams and Talent Leads.- Lead Centralized Corporate Functions promotion process for all geographies to provide Leadership with insights to ensure that proposed number of promotions is aligned with overall affordability. - Data management control: Positions maintenance, handle internal transfers.- Intermediary role between Global Recruiting and Finance Hiring Managers to guarantee the accuracy of the recruiting process. - Operational role in structural reorganizations.- On Boarding planning and coordination for BA Global Groups Team new resources.- Active member of Accenture Operations “Truly Human" committee.

- Project Management role reporting to EY US offices in Tax Area. - Support external clients, mainly Insurance companies, but also cosmetic and leasing ones.- Assist HR Leads in the coordination of EY Expats in scope services and billing preparation for out of scope requirements.- Internal processes improvement.

- Office tasks for Bus accessories supplier company. Carry out budget estimates. Take client calls.

- Community manager role for a Marketing and communications Digital Agency providing social media support to clients in food and beverage industry, such as: Bodegas Escorihuela Gascón and Alimentos Vaes.
