I draw experience from all aspects in life, each employment I have had, has given me invaluable lessons. From starting my first job at Burger King in Scotland to orchestrating large-scale events within one of the largest pharmaceutical companies in the world. Each experience has contributed to my professional growth and understanding of the workplace dynamics and challenges. Moreover, my years abroad working in Australia, Great Britain and Denmark have profoundly enriched my personal and professional life. It has broadened my understanding and appreciation of intercultural communication and its great significance in the workplace.On a personal note, I consider myself as a shy person but do not shy away from challenges because of it. On the contrary, I take the leap out of my comfort zone as often as possible to expand its boundaries a little further. How I do this? One approach is through acting roles within television and film productions. Another is my involvement in Toastmasters, presently serving as an Area Director, coaching local groups across Scandinavia in public speaking through facilitating workshops and training events.To ensure a healthy work-life balance, I got a few tricks up my sleeve. I go running, sing alto in a local choir, taking strolls with our Irish Soft Coated Wheaten Terrier and play host/act as chauffeur to elderly citizens through a volunteer program. I'm all about embracing the simple joys in life and the power of simplicity, making the complex understandable for whoever my audience is.
